I have over 21 years of experience working for major insurance companies and hold a Minnesota Adjusters license. From starting out in the office handling casualty claims determining liability and settling injuries, moving into the field as a field appraiser including time spent working Catastrophe claims and managing direct repair shops, to working as a team manager; I understand claims and know what is important when outside assistance is needed.

Vision
With modern technology the majority of claims can be handled virtually and the need for field staff has been reduced. However, there are times when it is necessary to hire outside help. While other vendors offer the same service, the quality and industry expertise may not provide the required results.
